WHERE WILL MY SHOOT TAKE PLACE
Your session will take place at our gorgeous 2500 sq ft. NYC warehouse style studio which is located conveniently near downtown London, Ontario. We do almost all of our sessions here, but we can also explore other possibilities, with shoots that can be done on location, in hotel suites (additional fees do apply) or outdoor boudoir shoots in nature too.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BOOK?
To book your shoot, simply contact us via the form on our contact page When you contact us, we’ll coordinate a date with you and send you a booking proposal. You will be required to send a $495 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking for your shoot. Once you’ve signed your session agreement and sent your deposit, you’re ready to go!!
DO I BRING MY OWN OUTFITS?
Yes! As a starting point, we recommend bringing a bra and underwear set or bodysuit (because they make EVERYbody look great! But we also say…BRING WHATEVER MAKES YOU FEEL SEXY! We will have lots more in the way of outfit recommendations for you and you will also have access to our VIP Lingerie closet to if you choose. We can discuss this in more detail at your pre-session in person consultation or once you have your session booked.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM VIDEO?
Yes! We have two options for video including a customized slideshow with music and effects set to your selected images, or having our professional, in-house videographer take live footage during your session to compile a teaser reel of your experience. Please note that additional fees and charges may apply for these services.
DO YOU POST MY IMAGES ONLINE?
We never post anything without your consent, which is in the form of a signed model release, which gives us the option to release your images for promotional purposes. We have strict guidelines surrounding this, so please be assured that anything that you do not want online will remain that way. We know boudoir photography produces intimate images and we do give you the option to either remain anonymous, share a little or share a lot. All the images that you see online are images that our clients have graciously allowed us to share, so while we would LOVE for you to allow us to do the same with your images, the choice is completely yours.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
**Due to Covid19, we are not currently allowing any guests to enter the studio unless there are special circumstances.**
We certainly understand the desire to bring a friend along for moral support and we would definitely like you to bring someone with you while you are prepping for your shoot if you need to. However, once you are ready to start your session, your guest will be politely asked to leave. From that moment on, it will be you and I, your hair and makeup artist and our wardrobe stylist/assistant.
Also, please note for your viewing session with our product consultant, we know that this can sometimes be a vulnerable experience and for this reason and for the comfort of our clients, we do not allow other individuals, including “significant others” to accompany you at your photo viewing session. This is our studio policy.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you’re unable to attend your session and need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice. If you are unable to give appropriate notice, a rebooking fee will apply.
Should you need to reschedule your session date, we will always endeavor to reschedule your session to another time as soon as possible, all rebooked dates must be booked and completed within 90 days of your original session date. In the event you need to cancel and either cannot, or choose not to rebook, within 90 days of your original date, your booking deposit will be forfeited. Booking fees and any other deposits or payments are non-refundable. In certain other circumstances a rebooking fee may apply.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PRIVACY?
I take your privacy very seriously. I know this is a very intimate affair that you are undertaking and want you to feel confident that I will do the right thing by you. My styling staff and I will be the only people in the shooting space during your session (should you choose a video package, my in-house videographer will also be on site). My editor, proofer, and product consultant and manufacturers are the only other people who will see your images, besides you of course. Again, I will only share your images if you sign a model release allowing me to share your experience with my audience and other potential clientele, and I hope you do! I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for you from the time you make your inquiry, to the day of your shoot, and through to receiving your images and products.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL INVESTMENT?
The session fee for your experience is $495+hst and includes your in-studio boudoir shoot, professional hair and makeup application (with lashes), your private online viewing gallery, image retouching, and in-person photo reveal of your images. Your reveal will typically happen 2- 4 weeks after your session. This is when we will review your images together and you will choose those that would you like either as digital files, photo products or both, on average, my clients tend to spend between $1500 – $2500 once their boudoir products have been purchased.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME, AND HOW DO I ORDER?
When we have finished your shoot, we will also schedule your reveal session for you to return to view your images with our product consultant. Together, you will select the images and products you would like to order.
To allow you to make pre-selections, your online gallery will be ready for viewing approximately 21 business days after your session.

All of our products are typically delivered to you within 4 weeks of placing your order, providing that our manufacturers’ schedules are on target.

WHAT IF THIS IS A GIFT? WILL IT BE READY ON TIME?
If you are doing your session as a gift for someone, we recommend booking your session at least 6 weeks prior to your intended date. This will give us the time frame we need to get your shoot completed and your products through post production. If you need your images sooner, please let us know and we will see how we may be able to accommodate your request.
DO YOU DO NUDE, IMPLIED NUDE, OR COUPLES IMAGES?
Yes, yes, and YES! I do all of these! My fine art nude sessions are 100% tasteful, sexy, and classy, and I love couples sessions! There is something so totally sensual about a couple coming in to share in this experience together. I can give you styling options and ideas to truly capture your relationship in a unique and intimate way. Please note, during these sessions, things may “heat up” a little, but please know I do not and will not photograph you and your partner in the act of sexual intercourse. I remain professional at all times and request that my clients respect my studio policies surrounding this matter also.
I’M NERVOUS AND DON’T KNOW HOW TO BE SEXY…WHAT DO I DO?
We know boudoir sessions can potentially be nerve wracking for some. Many of our clients start their session feeling nervous or anxious, it’s natural! It’s our job to put you at ease, to make you feel relaxed, sexy and beautiful and we will! So don’t worry….you are in EXCELLENT hands. Throughout the session we will guide, coach and pose you and together we will create beautiful, emotive and evocative images that will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and amazing!
WHAT DAY/TIME WILL MY SHOOT BE? AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We shoot mostly using natural light so the timing of shoots largely depends on the time of year and available sunlight. Our sessions typically start at 10:00am with pre-shoot hair and makeup. This is where you will enjoy getting pampered and together we can sit back and relax and talk out your session.
Sessions generally take between 3-4 hours (this includes 1.5 hours for hair and makeup). Shooting time is approximately 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the number of wardrobe changes and looks we do with you.
We do many of our Boudoir sessions during the week, due to our busy weekend schedule, but we may book in these session on the weekends if we have availability. Feel free to request a weekend day and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I’M WORRIED ABOUT MY BODY AND SIZE! WILL I LOOK SEXY TOO?
Boudoir Photography is for everyone and we pride ourselves on posing men and women of all shapes and sizes. Our goal is to find out what you love most about yourself and to accentuate those features for you while still embracing every beautiful physical aspect about you!
WILL MY IMAGES BE AIRBRUSHED OR PHOTOSHOPPED?
You will be able to provide feedback about image editing before your session date. After your shoot, you will receive your online gallery and the images you will see will have been processed with some minor soft edits.
If there are specific edits that you would like to have done, there may be an additional cost depending on the type of edit that is required.
